My attendance at this event hereby grants the Mermaid Society of Texas permission to use my likeness in photographs, video and audio recordings or electronic images in any and all of its publications and partnerships, including website and social media entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the organization. I also understand that any photographs, video, audio recordings or electronic images that I produce at this event may be used by Mermaid Society of Texas indefinitely for promotional and marketing efforts should they be made public. Mermaid Society of Texas may use such material with or without my consent. I understand I will not receive compensation, financial or otherwise for use of such creative work, unless otherwise arranged with leadership of Mermaid Society of Texas.
